In the first instance, please telephone this office and explain exactly what is causing you concern. If your problems cannot be resolved over the telephone, Mark Pritchard will ask you to write a letter and address it for his personal attention, whereupon he will deal with it and notify you in writing. In the event we can assist & accept instructions; once we have considered all the evidence available to us in the case we will advise you further as to your plea or position as well as strength of evidence against you or as appropriate the strength of your case against another. We will keep you informed as appropriate as to the progress of your case but invite your comments/instructions and look forward to seeing you. We will of course inform you should there be any change in circumstances in the evidence which is disclosed to us.
